A:Our lead time is generally 1~2 weeks for spare parts,3~4 weeks days for wear parts.
Q:Do you offer the supporting service for technology and engineering ?
A: Yes. our engineering team can measure products at mining site, they also can make more reasonable design for the crusher parts.
Q:How to test your quanlity?
A:We will show you material inspection and measurement inspection after fininsh the goods,at the same time,we will give you the life time guarantee letter after shipping the goods. The best suggestion to all the customer who may interest our product-Test 2 set first.
Q:What's the payment terms?
A: T/T,100% L/C at sight are all accepted.
Q:How do you deal with quality problem?
A: we adhere to "Quality always goes first than anything" development principle since our foundation.
Every single product is strictly checked and well packed before delivery.
If something goes wrong when you use our products, please send us detailed photos of the wear part and the machine.
That will help us to identify where the problem is. If it is a quality problem, we will compensate you and meanwhile do something correspondingly to avoid the same problem next time.
If the problem is caused by misuse, we will provide our technical advice for your reference.
